Naminé cleared her throat awkwardly, wondering what had prompted that message. "Hello. I must apologize most sincerely if you thought I was ... propositioning in anyway. I assure you that I wasn't, and I should love to have lunch some time. Perhaps I won't be at Caritas, though, as I fear I wouldn't be good company tonight. But please do stop in if you'd like. And I mean that in a very polite and respectable way, I promise."

"Hi, Aravis. This is Molly. Karal's girlfriend? I think we met once right after you started. Anyway, I'm calling because, well, maybe you know already and this is completely pointless, but Karal gets sick when he Jumps home and back. I was hoping that you could make sure he's okay when he gets back? He has some medicine that makes him feel a little better. Please make sure he drinks that? Umm, that's all really. I left a message on his voice mail, but could you please ask him to call me when he gets back? When he's feeling better. I'm sure you would take care of him anyway, but thanks."

"Aravis, this is Gavin," he said. "Karal got back from his home this morning and he's kinda sick. Altra's there but if you could make sure he doesn't get worse and don't you and Seely do anything weird in your room while he's in ther sleeping. He might get sicker when he wakes up if he saw that."

He laughed into the phone, amused at himself. "Thanks. Bye!"

When she spoke again, her voice was a little tighter. "I'll stop by later and explain more. I just really need ice cream now."
